Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND ROUTE REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES ROUTE COVER THAT TOO?
Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Route are still insured by Route.

Q: IS ROUTE A LICENSED INSURANCE COMPANY?
Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company and they are partnered with Lloyds of London, one of the biggest names in shipping insurance.
Returns - all board sales are final. Refunds on accessories returned within one month of order will be changed a 6% restocking fee. Products must be returned in its original condition with no evidence of damage, wear or tampering, to be determined at our sole discretion. Contact us through our website's General Inquiries page to initiate the process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Credit Card and/or PayPal Fees (2.9% for US orders and up to 4.4% for International orders) are not refundable upon order cancellation or order returns (since our credit card processor/PayPal does not return these fees to us when refunding an order).
We offer a 6 month warranty (extendable through Extend), and even beyond that we offer fair prices on any repair or spare part needs.

We honestly don't sell a lot of spare parts due to the super high quality of our components which are designed to last a long time (typically 2-3 years)!
