"Hi Ilan,

After a full week of testing the board I am extremely impressed with the board�s performance and portability. I am confident that along with the public transportation in my area it will meet all of my commuter and transport needs. I am specifically impressed with the hill climbing abilities as well as the braking system. On my way to work I have to travel down a fairly steep hill for about a mile and the braking system along with the board's stability allows me to coast down the hill safely at speeds I can handle. It also climbs a mile long 12% grade hill without any issues. The board was also light enough for me to carry it around the mall and take care of some Christmas shopping, and small enough where I could bring it into a bar to meet some friends for happy hour. It turns a lot of heads and everywhere I go people are impressed with the design. All in all I am happy with my purchase and I have never had this fun commuting to work.

I picked up the board this weekend and I got straight on it and managed to skate all the way to Catford and back to Brockley which is about 2 to 3 miles. It's the coolest board! It's great on accelleration and the brakes are spot on especially down a steep hill. I also managed to get it up a steep hillside road that is probably about 35 degrees. I wasn't sure if it would make it but it did, so I'm really impressed with that.

Thanks for making a 44 year old feel 14 again!

"Started the day by being a little late � no problem, hopped on my board and was at my desk 10 minutes later.  During the morning I had to visit Maya�s [his daughter] preschool � no problem, one board ride (5 minutes) and I was there, checking that everything is ok , and 5 minutes later back and my desk.

To finish the day � Tammy [his wife] asked me to buy something in the store, a small detour (2 minutes on the board) and I had everything I needed, followed by a 10 minute ride � right back at home!

AMAZING!!!

The board simply worked like a Swiss clock!!

And to think I considered walking over to work today� the day would have been a total nightmare.

"Thanks for checking, my longboard arrived in good shape, and I tried it the next day in a large empty parking lot (wearing protection, of course.) I'd never been able to skate or ride a skateboard before, so it was hard at first, but persistence paid off, and after an hour I was riding the board at low speed!

Having a motor definitely makes it easier. Once you get up to a steady speed, you just want to keep going, and the board doesn't pick up speed on its own, beyond what I can handle, as it would on a real hill. I can't wait for my next outing.

Using the board to exercise the dog round the parking lot will definitely work, and I'm hopeful that with continued practice, and warmer weather, I'll be able to use my 4 mile commute as a frequent excuse to ride."
