In most cases, we ship within 1 week, but each Metroboard electric skateboard is built to order so please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. 

If you have a more urgent need, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order.

Return Policy:

Returns are only allowed within 7 days of receipt of the product.  Do not send the product back without contacting Kef Tech for an RMA first.  For a full refund, the product must be returned in like-new resalable condition.  Shipping costs (both ways) are not refundable.   Kef Tech has complete discretion as to whether it will accept a return and how much of a refund will be allowed.  Kef Tech may reduce the refunded amount due to wear and tear and/or damage to the product.
